**Only for registrants who are postgraduates or undergraduates majoring in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing or Chinese Medicine; students of Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or Dispensing Studies (IVE); students of Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies in The Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC); pharmacy interns; members of the Pharmaceutical Staff Association (PSA); members of the Hong Kong Pharmacy Technicians Association (HKPTA) or members of the Hong Kong Society of Pharmaceutical Technology and Health Care Professionals (PTHeP). Relevant affiliations must be stated above to be eligible to apply for the special offer. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Conference Organizing Committee shall be final.
Registration can be made on the registration form provided. Payment of the registration fee can be made by cheque in HK Dollars made payable to "The Pharmaceutical Society of Hong Kong Ltd" and send to the Congress Secretariat:

Confirmation of Registration
Successful registrants by postal registration will receive a confirmation letter by post approximately two weeks before the conference while registrants by online registration will also receive a confirmation e-mail. If the registration form and payment are received after 2 March 2018, the confirmation will only be available for collection on-site.
The conference will be held at the Meeting Rooms N200 Series, Level 2, Phase 2 (New Wing), Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Cancellation of Registration
No refund will be made for cancellation of registration. Registration is not transferable.
Arrangement for Overseas Delegates by Telegraphic Transfer
Payment must be denominated in Hong Kong dollars. Please submit a copy of the telegraphic transfer receipt together with the registration form by e-mail to email@example.com
