* To receive the early-bird discount, the registration form received must be postmarked on or before 10 December 2025.

^ Only for registrants who are postgraduates or undergraduates majoring in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing or Chinese Medicine; students of Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Dispensing Studies (IVE); students of Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Dispensing in The Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC); pharmacy interns; members of the Pharmaceutical Staff Association (PSA); members of the Hong Kong Pharmacy Technicians Association (HKPTA) or members of the Hong Kong Society of Pharmaceutical Technology and Health Care Professionals (PTHeP). Relevant affiliations must be stated above to be eligible to apply for the special offer. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Conference Organizing Committee shall be final.

Registration Procedure:
Registration can be arranged through the online registration system or sending in completed registration form and fee.

For paper form registration, please complete the form and return it with a crossed cheque of appropriate registration fee make payable to "The Pharmaceutical Society of Hong Kong Limited" and mail them to the Conference Secretariat.

Please note that foreign cheque is not acceptable for postal registration payment.

Confirmation of Registration:
Successful registrants by postal registration will receive a confirmation letter by post approximately two weeks prior to the conference while registrants by online registration will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the registered email address. If the registration form and payment are received after 16 January 2026 (Friday), the confirmation will only be available for collection on-site.

Conference Format:
HKPC 2026 will be a full physical conference.

Conference Venue:
The conference will be held at the S221 – S230, Level 2, Phase I (Old Wing), Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE):
Applications of CPE accreditations are in progress.

Cancellation of Registration:
No refund will be made for any cancellation of registration. Registration is non-transferable.

Arrangement for Overseas Delegates by Telegraphic Transfer:
Payment must be denominated in Hong Kong dollars. Please submit a copy of the telegraphic transfer receipt together with the registration form by e-mail to registration@pharmacyconference.org
