Confirmation of Registration Successful registrants by postal registration will receive a confirmation letter and a registration kit by post approximately two weeks before the conference while registrants by online registration will receive a confirmation E-mail. If the registration form and payment are received after 21st January 2012, the registration kit will be arranged for on-site collection. | ||||||||

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance Receipt and certificate of attendance will be issued to applicable attendees at the conference venue. | ||||||||

Continuing Education Units (CEU) The conference is an approved non-PCCC conference. One-day and two-day attendees are eligible to receive 6 and 10 CEU respectively. | ||||||||
|
Cancellation of Registration Any written cancellation notice should be sent to “Hong Kong Pharmacy Conference 2012, P.O. Box 90155, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong”. Cancellations received in writing before 8th January 2012 will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations thereafter are non-refundable. The Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes. Registration is not transferable. | ||||||||
